Sketchbook making class!

Do you have a travel trip coming up, a word of the year you would like to explore, want to create a book of lists, draw your everyday things or document a special event? Come join us in making a special sketchbook that is uniquely yours. It is unlimited what you could use this sketchbook for in your life!

We will be gathering in a cozy light filled artist studio in Ballard, WA. 10am - 3pm.

We will be making a handmade sketchbook using one piece of 22” x 30” piece of art paper. Your sketchbook will be 40-48 pages depending the size you want to make it. We will be learning how to prep our pages for the book, how to bind the sketchbook, and how to use a variety of materials to create tabs to hold it all together. You can make an optional closure wrap for your sketchbook too.

The supplies you will need to bring are limited, and mostly are what you already have + a piece of art paper. The cost of the class is $75. I will have mixed media art paper for sale for $8 a 22” x 30” sheet.
